Fleur provides marketing, communications and recruitment support to our business. She plays a key role in the development of our brand, which for us is all about our people and how we work with clients. Fleur has held marketing roles in infrastructure based as well professional services industries, before gaining experience recruiting roles from graduate through to senior and executive level. Her interests are in company culture, employer branding and matching personalities and behavioural styles to roles.

 

Fleur’s interest in what makes our business tick, her desire to understand what sets us apart and the way she asks relevant questions is what we enjoy most about working with her. She communicates through story-telling and approaches recruitment through a candidate experience and marketing lens.

 

Outside of work Fleur keeps fit not by going to the gym, but by running around after two pre-schoolers. She lives on the sunny Hibiscus Coast and you’ll find her at Orewa Beach most mornings or Pataua North on long weekends.
